How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Emro Designs only ships within Australia. All prices stated below are in Australian Dollar (AUD$). All orders are dispatched from Gold Coast Monday, Wednesdays & Fridays. All Australian orders are shipped with Aramex or Australia Post. Once your order has been dispatched, you can track your order. Please note delays during transit may occur from time to time in which Emro Designs cannot be held responsible for. 

Can I organise for my order to be delivered to a different address?

Yes, when you place your order you can enter the delivery address details, which can be different from your home address.

How much is shipping?

All our rugs and orders above $200 qualify for Free Shipping. For other items enter your address at checkout for a quote on shipping.

Are the prices for products inclusive of GST?

Yes all prices are inclusive of GST

Can I organise express shipping for my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot do express shipping for our rugs. For smaller items, please contact us through the contact us page to get a quote for express shipping.
